However, regardless of the service selected, working together I will always be focused on ensuring you feel heard, reassured and respected as the expert on your child. My pre-consult questionnaire will enable me to get to know you, your little person, your family and all the need to knows that surround this! I will then be able to offer bespoke advice and plans that are right for you and your unique circumstances to enable the best chances of reaching your goals.
FULL SUPPORT PACKAGE

Detailed analysis of completed sleep questionnaire and 3 day sleep diary to help me understand your situation, needs, goals and preferences and to make informed recommendations during our consultation.
Up to 90 minutes consultation 1:1 with me via phone or zoom (can arrange in person if you are local and prefer this with a small additional fee to cover time and transport).
I will provide advice, reassurance, education and recommendations.
A comprehensive written summary/sleep plan with everything we have discussed to save you taking notes or relying on recall including relevant theory and research behind your sleep situation and detailed suggestions on how to move forward provided within 48 hours of consultation, usually same day.
Any relevant supporting documents such as my safe sleep guidance for little people under 1, tiredness checklist, reflux mini guide etc.
2 follow up emails to be used within 2 weeks of consultation. Use these to check in, provide me with updates, ask questions or to make any changes and receive further advice.
INTENSIVE SUPPORT PACKAGE

A one-off 30 minute telephone call where reassurance or small changes are needed. Need to check in if your situation is normal? Want to understand the 'why' behind your little person's sleep? Need a few tips on a particular struggle?
Not suitable for complex situations, circumstances or big changes as there will be no prior information gathering, no sleep questionnaire, no sleep diary analysis, very little time to discuss, no write up/summary, no sleep plan and no follow up communication.
TIPS AND TRICKS EMAIL OPTION
A one off email with my suggestions and tips for your particular scenario.
Ideal for when a complete overhaul or full assessment of the situation isn't essential but you're looking to make a change and you don't know how to start!
Perhaps you want to move away from contact naps? Maybe you have a toddler who is resisting bedtime and you need some new strategies to try?
I will ask you a few brief questions to understand your difficulty and then follow with 1 email with sleep education on why you may be experiencing your current difficulties and my suggested tips and tricks to help you work towards your goals (sent within 48 hours).
Not suitable for complex situations where further information gathering and assessment would be required. When choosing this option I will advise as best as I can with the information I have but I would always recommend that a full holistic assessment is preferable and more conducive to success.
